On Wednesday, the former President took to the podium at his Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas to defend and further explain the Afforable Care Act. Obama refers to Clinton as the "great explainer" and knows many Americans still have their doubts about universal health care. Clinton effectively breaks down the good, the bad and most importantly, why it's time to stop bickering about something we all desperately need to work.
